FR\u00a0<\/strong>–\u00a0Dilyana Angelova est avocate et chercheuse dans le domaine des droits de l\u2019homme. Elle a 9 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile en Bulgarie et est actuellement affili\u00e9e au Comit\u00e9 bulgare de Helsinki (BHC). Son parcours professionnel couvre les domaines des droits des femmes, des questions relatives aux minorit\u00e9s, du droit p\u00e9nal et p\u00e9nitentiaire, de la gestion de projets. Dilyana est \u00e0 la t\u00eate du * Femicide Revealed Project * \u2013 une initiative visant \u00e0 consolider et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une base de donn\u00e9es accessible au public avec une jurisprudence sur les meurtres de femmes en Bulgarie.
Elle est co-auteure du tout premier rapport consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la situation des femmes dans les prisons bulgares. Depuis 2015, Dilyana est responsable de la r\u00e9daction du chapitre sur les droits des femmes dans le rapport annuel de la BHC.<\/p>\n

EN<\/strong> \u2013 Dilyana Angelova is a lawyer and human rights researcher with 9-year\u00a0experience in the civil society sector in Bulgaria, currently affiliated\u00a0with the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee (BHC). Her professional background\u00a0spans the fields of women\u2019s rights, minority issues, criminal and\u00a0penitentiary law, project management. Dilyana is the leader of the\u00a0*Femicide Revealed Project* \u2013 an initiative, consolidating and building\u00a0publicly-available database with case-law on murders of women in Bulgaria.
She is the co-author of the first-ever dedicated report on the situation\u00a0of women in Bulgarian prisons. Since 2015, Dilyana has been responsible\u00a0for writing the chapter on women\u2019s rights for the BHC\u2019s annual report.<\/p>\n
