Infatti la tabella di marcia del progetto prevedeva, durante questo periodo, \u00a0incontri nelle scuole e negli istituti di formazione individuate da tutti i Paesi partecipanti al progetto per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informare docenti, educatori e studenti sugli obiettivi del progetto e le attivit\u00e0 da svolgere insieme<\/li>\n<li>Realizzare gli incontri di formazione<\/li>\n<li>Restituire i risultati del questionario sugli stereotipi sia a studenti che a docenti e genitori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Solo l\u2019Italia \u00e8 riuscita a realizzare i due incontri di informazione con i docenti delle scuole selezionate, nonch\u00e9 gli incontri con i ragazzi durante i quali \u00e8 stato possibile commentare alcuni passaggi centrali del questionario sugli stereotipi di genere (si veda a questo proposito la newsletter n.3) , mentre negli altri Paesi partner \u00e8 mancata questa fase <em>face to face<\/em> cos\u00ec centrale per la corretta attuazione degli interventi previsti.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto ha quindi dovuto riconvertire le proprie attivit\u00e0 in presenza in attivit\u00e0 <em>on line,<\/em> attendendo, ovviamente, la disponibilit\u00e0 delle scuole. In particolare nel nostro Paese la scuola si \u00e8 trovata a far fronte in breve tempo ad un\u2019emergenza didattica senza precedenti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Non \u00e8 mai esistita una specifica normativa sulla didattica a distanza, che, in Italia, trova fondamento solo con il Decreto Legge del \u00a023 febbraio 2020, n. 6, recante misure urgenti in materia di contenimento e gestione dell\u2019emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19, pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale Serie Generale n. 47 del 25 febbraio 2020 che, all\u2019articolo 1, comma d) recita \u00abi dirigenti scolastici delle scuole nelle quali l\u2019attivit\u00e0 didattica sia stata sospesa per l\u2019emergenza sanitaria, possono attivare, di concerto con gli organi collegiali competenti e per la durata della sospensione, modalit\u00e0 di didattica a distanza avuto anche riguardo alle specifiche esigenze degli studenti con disabilit\u00e0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le scuole hanno quindi dovuto far fronte ad una emergenza senza precedenti che ha trovato nella circolare esplicativa del Ministero dell\u2019Istruzione indicazioni molto generiche. Tra le istruzioni operative per le attivit\u00e0 della didattica a distanza, infatti, si legge che le attivit\u00e0 a distanza devono prevedere la costruzione ragionata e guidata del sapere attraverso un\u2019interazione tra docenti e alunni. Pur, infatti, non potendo sostituire appieno ci\u00f2 che avviene in presenza, in una classe, occorre dar vita a un \u201cambiente di apprendimento\u201d, per quanto inconsueto nella percezione e nell\u2019esperienza comuni, da creare, alimentare, abitare, rimodulare di volta in volta la necessit\u00e0 di \u201c[\u2026] ritornare, al di fuori della logica dell\u2019adempimento e della quantificazione, alle coordinate essenziali dell\u2019azione del sistema scolastico\u201d. Tutto ci\u00f2 tuttavia ha comportato una sostanziale focalizzazione da parte delle scuole alle sole attivit\u00e0 previste dal curricolo scolastico, escludendo tutte le attivit\u00e0 extra-curriculari come, appunto, quelle previste dal progetto UP&amp;UP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tuttavia il contatto con le scuole \u00e8 stato continuo e questo ha consentito di pianificare le attivit\u00e0 on line per il prossimo anno scolastico.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>The pandemic COVID19 set off on March 2020 and caused a setback of the project and, in particular, of the IO 1\u2019s planned activities. In fact, the time schedule of the project expected, during pandemic period, meetings with the schools and VET providers, already identified by the Partners, aimed to:<\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Informing teachers, educators, students about the aims of the UP&amp;UP project and the related activities to be done in a coordinate way;<\/p>\n<p>2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implementing the training sessions with trainers, students and parents;<\/p>\n<p>3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Presenting the questionnaire\u2019s results to the schools and VET providers<\/p>\n<p>Only in Italy it was possible to manage 2 meeting with students in each school selected. During these meetings with students Telefono Rosa Associations experts had a very interesting discussion with the youngers (see newsletter n.3). Meanwhile others Partners had provided to keep in touch with organizations and schools, but couldn\u2019t implement a face to face meeting, as a crucial part of the project.<\/p>\n<p>UP&amp;UP Project had to convert activities and work packages in on line activities, waiting for, obviously, schools\u2019 availability. In particular, in Italy schools faced, in a very short time, a huge didactical unprecedented emergency.<\/p>\n<p>In Italy, but also in others countries, schools need an appropriate legal framework for on line courses. In our country only with Decree Law n.6\/2020 concerning \u201curgent measures aimed to restricted and managed the pandemic emergency Covid 19, where the manager of the schools is been invited to activate, with others relevant stakeholder and during all the lockdown period, on line learning, starting from specific needs of the students, with particular attention of people with disability.<\/p>\n<p>Schools had consequently, faced to the emergency and without specific guide line from Ministry of Education. The general indications provided were just to be assured a \u201clearning environment\u201d where students could have perceived and experienced learning out of conventional school system rules and behaviours.<\/p>\n<p>All those aspects implied a substantial focus by the schools to strictly follow the curriculum program, leaving out all those activities, such as the meeting and seminars planned according UP&amp;UP project.<\/p>\n<p>However, contacts with schools and VET providers is still running and allow to plan the on line seminars and meeting for the next school\u2019s
