FR-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Elena Samoila est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en Sciences Politiques avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en\u00a0<\/span>Politics, Gender and Minorities.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>Elle travaille pour le\u00a0<\/span>Centre FILIA<\/a>, une organisation f\u00e9ministe o\u00f9 elle a acquis des exp\u00e9riences surtout dans l\u2019organisation des communit\u00e9es.\u00a0Pendants ce temps, elle a rencontr\u00e9 plusieures femmes qui ont subi des violences et essay\u00e9 de mieux comprendre le contexte de ces femmes.\u00a0En outre, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de ses coll\u00e8gues, elle tente d\u2019autonomiser les femmes, de faire entendre leur voix et de les \u00e9couter.\u00a0Son domaine \u00a0est la violence faite aux femmes, en particulier la violence familiale et le harc\u00e8lement sexuel.<\/p>\n

EN-\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Elena Samoila graduated in Political Sciences which helped her discover and developed interest in feminism. She continued her studies at\u00a0<\/span>Politics, Gender and Minorities MA<\/em>. During this time, she joined\u00a0<\/span>FILIA Center<\/a>, a feminist organization, where she gained experiences especially in community building, which is the most important part of her work. In a relatively short period of time, she met hundreds of women with different social backgrounds and she found out more about their problems regarding gender violence trying to understand more about the realities the women are living. In addition, alongside her colleagues, she tries to empower women, to make their voices be heard and listened. Her main area of interest is violence against women, especially domestic violence and sexual harassment.<\/p>\n
