ECQ - BULGARIA

ECQ (1. Organisation Name European Center for Quality Ltd.) was founded in 2001 and has become involved in various international initiatives focused on transnational cooperation for the development of social and educational innovations. In the frame of these initiatives it has acquired both expertise and a lasting interest in youth and adult work, particularly as it pertains to employability, support for active labour market policies and non-formal education aimed at young graduates and people entering the labour market. Among them its key areas of current activity are the design and delivery of training programmes for business entities and employees and the design and delivery of training programmes aimed at building the employability skills of students and people in general.

FILIA - ROMANIA

FILIA Center is a feminist NGO founded in Romania in 2000, dedicated to empowering women through direct community organising, advocacy, activism, awareness-raising and research. As a leading force in Romania’s feminist movement, we work tirelessly to ensure the respect of women’s rights and needs, collaborating with stakeholders to advocate for policy reforms and align legislation with international standards. We are building a society based on solidarity where the diverse rights and needs of women are respected and where equal opportunities are provided to all individuals.

INCOMA - SPAIN

INCOMA is a training and Research agency based in Seville (Spain) with a large experience in the development and coordination of International projects mainly funded within the framework of EU programmes, especially in the fields of education, training and research.

Our activity is devoted to the knowledge transfer at EU and/or International level and to the development of projects targeting groups at risk of exclusion or with special difficulties to enter the labour market, such as young people, women or migrants. As a project partner and coordinator, we have assumed several roles and responsibilities throughout the past 15 years, including research and training activities, development of learning materials, the coordination of dissemination, quality control, sustainability and exploitation activities, as well as overall management and coordination. INCOMA is an active member of international networks such as Anna Lindh Foundation (Euro-Mediterranean region), EFVET (European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training) and WINGS for female entrepreneurship.

Our main areas of expertise include: mobility (as a training agency we manage mobility projects, both sending and hosting); vocational training; employment, labour inclusion and the promotion of equal opportunities; entrepreneurship; intercultural competences and languages. The INCOMA group is composed of a multicultural of approximately 20 people with relevant experience in EU projects funded through different programmes (including Erasmus+, Lifelong Learning Programme, LdV II, European Social Fund, ENPI CBC MED, EASI, AMIF, POCTEFEX or ERASMUS MUNDUS), as well as other international programmes.

Telefono Rosa - Sicily

The Associazione Telefono Rosa Sicilia ODV ETS is a voluntary organization with legal personality. Founded in 2011, it operates in the prevention and fight against gender-based violence, offering support to women and their children who are victims of violence. There is a multidisciplinary team made up of psychologists, lawyers, social workers, educators, family coaches, cultural mediators and volunteers, to help victims in the path out of violence and promote their social and work reintegration.  Through national and european partnerships, the Association carries out research and study activities for the development of educational and training tools aimed at building a culture of respect, safety and equality. The Center collaborates with educational agencies and institutions by offering training, educational programs and prevention actions focused on gender equality.

Telefono Rosa - Italy

Telefono Rosa (Associazione Nazionale Volontarie del Telefono Rosa APS) is a national non-profit organization based in Italy, committed to supporting women and minors who are victims of gender-based violence. Since 1988, the association has provided psychological and legal assistance, operated anti-violence centers and shelters, and promoted awareness campaigns to combat all forms of discrimination and abuse. Telefono Rosa also works in schools and with public institutions, offering training, educational programs, and preventive actions focused on gender equality and healthy relationships. Through national and European partnerships, the organisation engages in research and advocacy, developing innovative tools to raise awareness and empower communities. Its services are free and confidential, aiming to build a culture of respect, safety, and dignity for all.
