Nelle prossime newsletter vi daremo conto delle attivit\u00e0 condotte dagli altri partners.<\/p>\n<p>Il team working dell\u2019Associazione Nazionale Telefono Rosa, in linea con la programmazione dell\u2019output intellettuale 1, dopo un primo incontro di presentazione del progetto al Dirigente scolastico e ai docenti di ciascun istituto, ha programmato gli incontri con gli alunni e le alunne delle scuole che partecipano al progetto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>25 febbraio 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\u00b0 incontro<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>liceo Augusto<\/strong>&#8211; <strong>Roma<\/strong>&#8211; Il team working incontra la classe II H con la professoressa Paola Aloi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 marzo 2020 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\u00b0 incontro<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>liceo Terenzio Mamiani<\/strong>&#8211; <strong>Roma<\/strong>&#8211; il team working incontra la classe III L con la professoressa Carla Massaro.<\/p>\n<p>I video degli incontri possono essere consultati qui.<\/p>\n<p>In entrambi gli incontri dopo la presentazione del progetto le insegnanti sono uscite dall\u2019aula ed \u00e8 iniziata la somministrazione del questionario (compilato on line dagli alunni).<\/p>\n<p>Obiettivo dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 in questi primi incontri \u00e8 stata la rilevazione degli stereotipi presenti negli alunni soprattutto a livello inconscio non avendo ricevuto alcuna formazione precedente agli incontri. Questa attivit\u00e0 permette di lavorare nelle fasi successive sulla consapevolezza ed elaborazione degli stereotipi. Aver avuto la possibilit\u00e0 di effettuare il primo incontro in presenza in entrambe le scuole, ha permesso di creare con gli alunni e le alunne un rapporto di dialogo ed interazione estremamente costruttivo ed efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta restituiti i questionari gli studenti e le studentesse, hanno cominciato ad interagire con la psicologa Simona Bernardini presente in entrambi gli incontri. La dott.ssa Bernardini ha cominciato l\u2019attivit\u00e0 con gli studenti e le studentesse chiedendo una prima impressione rispetto alle domande dei questionari. I maschi sono stati i primi a reagire e a prendere la parola in entrambe le scuole, questo \u00e8 stato un aspetto interessante, le donne hanno espresso una loro opinione ma in un momento successivo come se fosse per loro pi\u00f9 difficile affermare direttamente un\u2019opinione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liceo Augusto<\/strong>: Con l\u2019intervento di un alunno della classe del liceo Augusto emerge il primo pregiudizio: la distinzione nei ruoli tra uomini e donne \u00e8 dovuta alla genetica, per questo gli uomini sono \u201cper natura\u201d portati a determinati atteggiamenti. L\u2019uso dello stereotipo \u00e8 talmente radicato nell\u2019approccio della conoscenza che nonostante nel dibattito, fosse dimostrato il contrario in base a studi scientifici, l\u2019alunno rimane radicato nella sua posizione. La timida opposizione delle studentesse in relazione a questo tema \u00e8 concentrata sullo stimolo ad instillare il dubbio nello studente piuttosto che opporre un\u2019opinione chiara e indiscutibile. Solo verso la fine dell\u2019incontro, da parte delle studentesse c\u2019\u00e8 stato un dibattito pi\u00f9 attivo con opinioni pi\u00f9 determinate. Nella seconda parte dell\u2019incontro, la dott.ssa Bernardini ha stimolato la classe ad associare all\u2019idea di maschile e femminile la prima parola che veniva loro in mente. L\u2019esercitazione si \u00e8 rivelata estremamente interessante, le parole emerse sono quelle che rappresentano le divisioni stereotipate alle quale siamo stati educati: al concetto di mascolinit\u00e0 corrisponde la forza, il coraggio la capacit\u00e0 di agire, al concetto di femminilit\u00e0 corrisponde la dolcezza, la pazienza e l\u2019istinto materno. Dimostrando quanto la rigidit\u00e0 dei ruoli sia ancora radicata nella nostra cultura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liceo T. Mamiani<\/strong>: Nel liceo Mamiani, dopo la restituzione dei questionari, durante il dibattito stimolato dalla dott.ssa Bernardini, il primo pregiudizio che emerge riguarda le cause della violenza di genere: La violenza pu\u00f2 essere motivata dalla follia, da un eccesso di rabbia, da problemi psicopatologici. Tutti stereotipi che tendono a giustificare un gesto o un atteggiamento che altrimenti sarebbero da condannare senza alcuna giustificazione. Con il dibattito e attraverso l\u2019esperienza ultratrentennale del Telefono Rosa si \u00e8 cercato di evidenziare la dimensione culturale legata alla violenza di genere e come spesso gli stereotipi di genere sono veicolati inconsapevolmente anche dalla scelta delle parole che utilizziamo quotidianamente. Nella seconda parte dell\u2019incontro riguardante l\u2019associazione delle parole all\u2019idea di maschile e femminile, la scelta delle parole ha confermato gli stereotipi condivisi dai ragazzi e dalle ragazze. La lista delle parole riguardanti il genere femminile riguardavano l\u2019area dell\u2019emotivit\u00e0: sensibile, dolce, saggia, calma comprensiva. Per il maschile invece gli aggettivi scelti riguardavano l\u2019area del potere: forte, autoritario, responsabile, dominante, egocentrico. Confermando ancora una volta quanto gli stereotipi anche nelle nuove generazioni continuano ad essere fortemente radicati.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Newsletter sito n. 3 In presence meetings with students, before Covid19 pandemic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The operational phase of the activity starts with the meetings in schools.\u00a0 In this newsletter we tell you how the meetings organized by the National Association Telefono Rosa went. In the next newsletters we will tell you about the activities carried out by the other partners.<\/p>\n<p>The team working of the National Association Telefono Rosa, in line with the programming of intellectual output 1, after a first meeting to present the project to the Headmaster and teachers of each school, has scheduled meetings with pupils of the schools participating in the project.<\/p>\n<p><em>February 25, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1st meeting &#8211; Augusto High School &#8211; Rome &#8211; The team working meets the class II H with Professor Paola Aloi.<\/p>\n<p><em>March 4, 2020 <\/em><\/p>\n<p>1st meeting &#8211; Terenzio Mamiani High School &#8211; Rome &#8211; team working meets class III L with professor Carla Massaro.<\/p>\n<p>The videos of the meetings can be viewed here.<\/p>\n<p>In both meetings, after the presentation of the project, the teachers left the classroom and the students wrote off the questionnaires \u00a0(completed online).<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the activity in these first meetings was to detect the stereotypes present in the students, above all at an unconscious level, since they had not received any training prior to the meetings. This activity allows to work in the following phases on the awareness and elaboration of stereotypes. Having had the opportunity to carry out the first meeting in person in both schools, has allowed us to create a relationship of dialogue and interaction with students that is extremely constructive and effective.<\/p>\n<p>Once the questionnaires were returned, the students began to interact with the psychologist Simona Bernardini, present at both meetings. Dr. Bernardini began the activity with the male and female students by asking for a first impression with respect to the questions in the questionnaires. The males were the first to react and to take the floor in both schools, this was an interesting aspect, the females expressed their opinion but at a later time as if it was more difficult for them to directly state an opinion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Augusto High School<\/strong>: With the intervention of a student from the Augusto High School class, the first prejudice emerges: the distinction in roles between men and women is due to genetics, therefore men are &#8220;by nature&#8221; inclined to certain attitudes. The use of the stereotype is so deeply rooted in the approach of knowledge that despite the fact that in the debate, the contrary was demonstrated on the basis of scientific studies, the student remains rooted in his position. The timid opposition of the students in relation to this issue is focused on stimulating doubt in the student rather than opposing a clear and unquestionable opinion. It was only towards the end of the meeting that there was a more active debate from the female students with more determined opinions. In the second part of the meeting, Dr. Bernardini stimulated the class to associate the idea of masculine and feminine with the first word that came to their mind. The exercise turned out to be extremely interesting, the words that emerged are those that represent the stereotyped divisions to which we have been educated: to the concept of masculinity corresponds strength, courage the ability to act, to the concept of femininity corresponds gentleness, patience and maternal instinct. Demonstrating how the rigidity of roles is still rooted in our culture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liceo T. Mamiani:<\/strong> At the Liceo Mamiani, after the return of the questionnaires, during the debate stimulated by Dr. Bernardini, the first prejudice that emerges concerns the causes of gender-based violence: Violence can be motivated by madness, excessive anger, psychopathological problems. All stereotypes that tend to justify a gesture or an attitude that would otherwise be condemned without any justification. With the debate and through the more than thirty years of experience of the Telefono Rosa, we tried to highlight the cultural dimension related to gender violence and how gender stereotypes are often unconsciously conveyed by the choice of words we use every day. In the second part of the meeting concerning the association of words to the idea of male and female, the choice of words confirmed the stereotypes shared by boys and girls. The list of words regarding the female gender concerned the area of emotionality: sensitive, sweet, wise, calm, understanding. For males, on the other hand, the adjectives chosen concerned the area of power: strong, authoritarian, responsible, dominant, self-centered.
