I risultati della survey e il confronto con gli studenti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gli incontri con le scuole sono stati bruscamente sospesi nella primavera scorsa con l\u2019arrivo della pandemia e il lockdown. Per non interrompere per un tempo imprecisato l\u2019attivit\u00e0, l\u2019Associazione Nazionale Telefono Rosa di Roma, d\u2019accordo con le docenti del liceo Augusto e del liceo Mamiani, durante il lockdown si \u00e8 provveduto ad inviare on line i questionari, ai docenti e ai genitori delle due classi sperimentali coinvolte nel progetto. In questo modo si \u00e8 riusciti ad ottenere le risposte dei questionari entro la fine dell\u2019anno scolastico in modo da poter essere in grado di elaborare i risultati e comunicarli per il nuovo anno scolastico.<\/p>\n<p>Con l\u2019inizio del nuovo anno scolastico la pandemia ha dettato il calendario delle attivit\u00e0, dopo le incertezze dell\u2019organizzazione iniziale, il team del Telefono Rosa con la preziosa collaborazione delle docenti coinvolte nel progetto, \u00e8 riuscito a programmare gli incontri on line per la restituzione dei questionari.<\/p>\n<p>La fase della restituzione dei questionari prevedeva tre incontri per ogni scuola.<\/p>\n<p>Con il liceo Augusto nel mese di novembre sono stati organizzati i 3 incontri online prima con gli studenti e le studentesse, poi con i docenti ed infine con i genitori. Con il liceo Mamiani gli incontri online sono stati organizzati nel mese di dicembre. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019efficacia del questionario come strumento d\u2019indagine per dimostrare come lo stereotipo sia parte integrante della cultura \u00e8 stata dimostrata nella restituzione dei risultati.<\/p>\n<p>In entrambe le scuole sono emersi elementi interessanti sia nella percezione del ruolo della donna nella societ\u00e0 e sia nella relazione tra generi. Per quanto riguarda gli alunni e le alunne le risposte hanno dimostrato una certa capacit\u00e0 critica verso la reale percezione della parit\u00e0 di genere anche se il lavoro sulla consapevolezza dello stereotipo interiorizzato e la capacit\u00e0 di superarlo per raggiungere una concreta parit\u00e0 di genere sar\u00e0 il lavoro pi\u00f9 importante del progetto. Per quanto riguarda invece i docenti e i genitori i risultati pi\u00f9 interessanti sono stati quelli delle cosiddette \u201cdomande a specchio\u201d. Sia ai docenti che ai genitori veniva chiesto come immaginavano che avrebbero risposto gli alunni e le alunne a determinate domande. Incredibilmente le loro percezioni non corrispondevano alle risposte date dagli studenti e dalle studentesse, dimostrando questi ultimi un\u2019apertura non percepita dagli adulti.<\/p>\n<p>I sei incontri di restituzione dei dati, avuti con entrambe le scuole, sono stati estremamente efficaci. Gli alunni e le alunne, i docenti e i genitori nel dimostrare lo stupore dei risultati hanno acquisito in maniera ancora pi\u00f9 profonda l\u2019importanza di sviluppare una capacit\u00e0 critica nei confronti dello stereotipo di genere. Scoprire quali sono gli stereotipi di genere interiorizzati, analizzare come i condizionamenti culturali e i modelli all\u2019interno delle famiglie possono determinare un percorso di vita influenzato da stereotipi sessisti permette di aumentare la consapevolezza del legame tra stereotipi sessisti e violenza di genere. Il dibattito vivace emerso negli incontri ha dimostrato quanto sia necessario affrontare questi temi affinch\u00e9 il grado di consapevolezza verso gli stereotipi interiorizzati permetta la loro eliminazione.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Newsletter n.6\u00a0 &#8211; Survey results and feedback from students<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The meetings with the schools were abruptly suspended last spring with the arrival of the pandemic and the lockdown. In order not to interrupt the activity for an unspecified time, the National Association Telefono Rosa, in agreement with the teachers of the Augusto high school and the Mamiani high school, during the lockdown, sent online the questionnaires to teachers and parents of the two experimental classes involved in the project. In this way we were able to get the answers to the questionnaires by the end of the school year so that we could be able to process the results and communicate them for the new school year.<\/p>\n<p>With the beginning of the new school year, the pandemic has dictated the calendar of activities, after the uncertainties of the initial organization, the team of the Telefono Rosa with the valuable collaboration of the teachers involved in the project, has managed to schedule meetings online for the return of the questionnaires.<\/p>\n<p>The phase of returning the questionnaires included three meetings for each school.<\/p>\n<p>With the Augusto high school, in the month of November, three online meetings were organized, first with the students, then with the teachers and finally with the parents. With the Mamiani High School the online meetings were organized in December.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The effectiveness of the questionnaire as an investigative tool to demonstrate how stereotyping is an integral part of culture was demonstrated in the return of the results.<\/p>\n<p>In both schools interesting elements emerged both in the perception of the role of women in society and in the relationship between genders. As far as pupils are concerned, the answers have shown a certain critical capacity towards the real perception of gender equality, even if the work on awareness of the internalized stereotype and the ability to overcome it to achieve a concrete gender equality will be the most important work of the project. On the other hand, as far as teachers and parents are concerned, the most interesting results were those of the so-called mirror questions. Both teachers and parents were asked how they imagined pupils would respond to certain questions. Incredibly, their perceptions did not match the answers given by the students, demonstrating an openness that was not perceived by the adults.<\/p>\n<p>The six data return meetings held with both schools were extremely effective. Pupils, teachers and parents in demonstrating their amazement at the results gained an even deeper understanding of the importance of developing a critical capacity towards gender stereotyping. Discovering which are the internalized gender stereotypes, analyzing how cultural conditioning and models within families can determine a life path influenced by sexist stereotypes allows to increase the awareness of the link between sexist stereotypes and gender violence. The lively debate that emerged during the meetings showed how necessary it is to address these issues in order for the degree of awareness towards internalized stereotypes to allow their
