La recente indagine ISTAT ci porta a riflettere sul peso degli stereotipi di genere e sull\u2019accettabilit\u00e0 sociale della violenza. Ci porta soprattutto ad immaginare una strategia di intervento pi\u00f9 ampia che non si limiti a rafforzare la protezione delle vittime e a punire gli autori, ma agisca soprattutto sulla prevenzione. L\u2019indagine condotta dall\u2019ISTAT sulla tematica evidenzia come sia ancora troppo elevato il livello di accettabilit\u00e0 della violenza nei confronti delle donne nel nostro Paese. Come sorprendentemente emerge dai dati pubblicati esistono \u201csacche di stereotipi\u201d, specialmente in alcune Regioni del Sud, dove si ritiene che se una donna \u00e8 vittima di violenza ne sia ancora in parte responsabile.<\/p>\n

Esiste una quota ancora molto rilevante di persone (sia uomini che donne) che si esprime molto d\u2019accordo con l\u2019opinione secondo cui una \u201cdonna che non vuole un rapporto sessuale, riesce ad evitarlo\u201d (39,3%) e, anche se in percentuale minore, una \u201cdonna pu\u00f2 provocare la violenza sessuale con il suo modo di vestire\u201d (quasi 1 cittadino su 4). Inoltre il 15% pensa che una donna che subisce violenza sessuale quando \u00e8 ubriaca o sotto l’effetto di droghe sia almeno in parte responsabile.<\/p>\n

Del resto questa indagine conferma quanto gi\u00e0 i dati di Eurobarometro hanno evidenziato nel 2017, dati che ponevano l\u2019Italia tra i 9 Paesi dove il Gender Stereotype Index\u00a0 \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 elevato d\u2019Europa.<\/p>\n

Esiste dunque una forte criticit\u00e0 in ordine all\u2019abbattimento degli stereotipi di genere che di fatto costituiscono il principale ostacolo all\u2019eliminazione della violenza maschile contro le donne.<\/p>\n

Telefono Rosa, per via della sua esperienza pluridecennale nell\u2019assistenza e nel soccorso alle donne vittime di violenza, consapevole di ci\u00f2, ha elaborato il progetto, dal titolo UP&UP, UP&UP <\/strong>UPscaling trainers and educators\u2019 competencies on gender based violence to UPscaling awareness among young people against violence, <\/strong>che mira ad abbattere gli stereotipi sessisti, per prevenire e contrastare la violenza maschile contro le donne.<\/p>\n

Per intervenire sulla decostruzione degli stereotipi di genere, a livello europeo, Telefono Rosa ha coinvolto nella partnership, da lei guidata diverse apprezzabili ONG europee: S-COM<\/strong> ( BELGIO ), INCOMA<\/strong> ( SPAGNA ) , FILIA<\/strong> ( ROMANIA ), ECQ<\/strong> ( BULGARIA), Union of Women Association of Heraklion<\/strong> ( GRECIA) e le ASSOCIAZIONI del TELEFONO ROSA di BRONTE e TORINO<\/strong> (Italia).<\/p>\n

Il progetto \u00e8 stato valutato positivamente dalla Commissione europea e considerato meritevole di finanziamento nell\u2019ambito del Programma Erasmus Plus. azione dedicata alla cooperazione e trasferimento delle buone prassi nel mondo educativo e formativo.<\/p>\n

Il progetto che si compone di due fasi, la prima volta all\u2019analisi e destrutturazione degli stereotipi di genere e la seconda allo sviluppo di un modello formativo per docenti ed educatori, avr\u00e0 la durata di 36 mesi, iniziati a decorrere dal mese di settembre u.s.<\/p>\n

Il 13 novembre u.s. si \u00e8 tenuto a Bruxelles il kick-off meeting di progetto alla presenza dei suoi partner.<\/p>\n

Il 14 novembre u.s., invece, si \u00e8 svolto, presso il Parlamento europeo, l\u2019evento di lancio del progetto. La rilevanza dell\u2019idea ha catturato l\u2019attenzione di prestigiosi referenti istituzionali che hanno partecipato al primo evento moltiplicatore di UP&UP. Sono intervenuti infatti David Maria Sassoli – Presidente del Parlamento Europeo, Elena Bonetti – Ministro Italiano delle Pari Opportunit\u00e0, Fran\u00e7oise Goffinet – Istituto Federale Belga per l\u2019Uguaglianza tra gli uomini e le donne, Pina Picierno – Deputato Europeo membro della Commissione FEMM: Diritti della Donna e Uguaglianza di Genere, Massimiliano Smeriglio – Deputato Europeo membro della Commissione CULT:\u00a0 Cultura ed Istruzione, Roberto Carlini – Direttore dell\u2019Agenzia Esecutiva EACEA (Educazione, Audiovisivo e Cultura ) della Commissione Europea.<\/p>\n

Durante l\u2019evento, curato dall\u2019Associazione Nazionale Volontarie del Telefono Rosa Onlus e moderato dalla sua presidente \u2013 Maria Gabriella Carnieri Moscatelli, dopo la sintetica presentazione della struttura del progetto, sono intervenuti gli esperti di ciascuna ONG partner, che hanno fornito dati e punti di vista in ordine al fenomeno della violenza di genere nella loro nazione e riferito osservazioni su collegamento e pertinenza tra stereotipi di genere e violenza maschile contro le donne.<\/p>\n

I partner di progetto, non appena saranno definiti i questionari predisposti per la rilevazione degli stereotipi di genere, provvederanno a somministrarli a giovani studenti, docenti e genitori, per poi procedere all\u2019accurata analisi dei risultati.<\/p>\n
